- Led EC and P&G implementations for multiple countries (Europe, LATAM, USA), managing requirements, configuration and coordination with technical partners;
- Background in SAP S/4HANA project work and HR systems roles;
- Strong exposure to global HR processes, multicultural teams and full project lifecycles;
- Proactive, independent and communicative, with strong stakeholder‑management skills;
- Motivated by continuous improvement and eager to grow further within SuccessFactors and HR technology;
- Native Portuguese and fluent English;
- Immediately available.
