  • MBA in Human Resource Management and Bachelor’s Degree, currently completing training in AI & Data Science
  • +10 years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Administration, and HR environments;
  • Strong exposure to inbound support (calls, chat, email), working in high‑volume international environments;
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and advanced MS Office;
  • Languages: English (Fluent), Hindi (Native);
  • Immediate Availability.
