Our client is a leading international company operating in a fast-paced and innovative environment. They are currently seeking a Tech Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) to join their Global Procurement team, focusing on the Tech category.
The Role
Reporting to Global Procurement, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing group business spend while ensuring operational efficiency. Acting as a business partner to assigned teams, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers within the Tech area.
This role suits a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and solid negotiation skills. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement action plans to achieve Procurement KPIs (cost savings & cash optimization)
- Create and manage non-catalogue purchase orders and contracts
- Support the business in RFP processes and vendor negotiations
- Identify business needs and prioritize opportunities with operational and financial benefits
- Assess vendor financial stability and risk
- Collaborate with Legal to develop non-standard vendor contracts
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with stakeholders
- Proactively communicate business results and progress
- Support vendor selection and negotiation processes
- Ensure vendor onboarding documentation compliance
- Support vendor audits and supplier registration
- Manage relationships with external suppliers
Your Profle
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement
- Strong negotiation, project management, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working with international stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
- Experience with Coupa (nice to have)
- Quick learner with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
