Currently we are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for a leading company in the retail sector, experiencing strong growth and transformation. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and representing the brand across multiple Employer Branding initiatives throughout Portugal.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, structured, and high‑quality recruitment processes aligned with the company’s internal needs. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes within a retail environment, from the moment the vacancy is opened until the final candidate is selected.
  • Identifying, sourcing, and contacting top talent (via job boards, social media, events, etc.) in line with internal requirements.
  • Guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
  • Creating and maintaining strong partnerships with universities and training institutions to support Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Managing internship opportunities with different Universities and Business Schools, contributing to the company’s future talent pipeline.
  • Ensuring alignment with recruitment KPIs and contributing to continuous improvement in hiring processes.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or related fields;
  • At least 4 years of previous experience in recruitment within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment;
  • Previous experience in retail or retail recruitment is essential;
  • Fluency in English; Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus;
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail;
  • Proactive, curious, and innovative approach, with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Availability to travel throughout Portugal to attend job fairs, career events, and university initiatives.
