We are looking for a Support Agent. In this role, you will assist and solve issues reported by RW customers. This includes technical issues related to databases or web services (API), where basic SQL SERVER knowledge is required. You will also handle process-related queries, confirming processes to validate actions and/or adjust the system. Technical support will be provided through remote apps (Anydesk) and customer verbal orientation. Communication will be conducted through Jira for ticket management, email for formal communication with customers, and phone for specific situations.

Proficiency in IIS Server (Internet Information Services)
SQL Server (for storing, managing, and retrieving data efficiently in structured formats)
Task Scheduler (for automation, triggers, flexibility, customization, and event logging)
Knowledge in Jira and Microsoft Office
Language proficiency in Portuguese is mandatory, along with English, French, and Spanish.
