Your new role
You’ll be the driving force behind intuitive, inclusive experiences for complex web software. Working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Product Owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams, you’ll translate customer outcomes into streamlined journeys and high‑fidelity interfaces, while evolving a shared design system to ensure consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end design process: discovery, concept, interaction, prototyping (low → high fidelity) and validation.
  • Plan and run qualitative/quantitative research and usability testing; convert insights into actionable improvements.
  • Build and extend components within a design system to maintain cohesion across products and channels.
  • Collaborate in agile squads, balancing user needs, technical constraints and business priorities; facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions.
  • Champion accessibility and responsive behaviour across devices and screen sizes.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Degree in HCI, Design or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • 3–4+ years in UX/Product Design with a portfolio showcasing complex web applications.
  • Advanced Figma skills; confident across interaction design, responsive UI and prototyping.
  • Hands‑on experience with user research and usability testing; clear, persuasive stakeholder communication.
  • Comfortable in agile environments; proactive, structured and collaborative by default. Fluency in English; French exposure is a plus.
