Your new role
This professional will lead upstream activities such as market research (VOC, segmentation, KOL insights), competitive analysis, business case development and contribution to global NPI processes. Will also identify technology opportunities, support R&D with technical and market input, and manage the international product portfolio lifecycle. On the downstream side, this person will develop marketing materials, support sales training, represent the business at industry events, and build competitive intelligence tools.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional with a Degree in Life Sciences or similar and 5–7 years of Product Management experience in medical devices — ideally in rehabilitation. Solid experience in both upstream and downstream product activities, strong technical background, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work in a global matrix environment. Familiarity with medical regulatory environments and willingness to travel internationally are essential.
