A multinational company of reference is looking for a Senior HR Service Delivery Manager (M/F/D) to join their team in Lisbon.

Your new Job
With a very important role, this professional will be responsible to implement, optimize, direct, manage and continuously improve the delivery of HR services. This person will lead an international team of delivery experts, all across the key areas of workforce administration, payroll, rewards, talent acquisition and learning & development and will be a key member of the Service and Solutions Delivery Leadership Team.

What to you need to be succeed
We are looking for a professional with a degree in HR or similar, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in an SSC environment. Experience in leadership and continuous process improvement is valued and, international delivery experience would be important for a better understanding of cultural differences. Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of Spanish will be a plus. This Talent must be able to operate at both detailed, tactical and strategic levels as required. Regular travel will be required. The perfect candidate needs to have good interpersonal skills, confidence in executing HR Best Practices, who is independent and a problem solver, as well as be a true leader with a great level of communication, a problem solver and think outside the box.
