Your New Role
What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related;
• 10+ years of experience in a senior HR generalist role, ideally in tech or fast‑growing;
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese and European labor law, payroll, social security and HR compliance;
• Proven experience leading and developing HR teams;
• Ability to design and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and transformation;
• Understanding of employer branding and talent attraction in competitive tech markets;
• Experience managing HR challenges in scaling environments (team growth, organizational change, process optimization);
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all levels;
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability;
• Service‑oriented approach with focus on employee experience and operational excellence;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
