The company you're going to work at:

Retail Managing Company who is dealing with a huge migration ERP project is looking for a Senior Accountant to be part of the team.

Your new role:

Management of the general ledger for property and management companies;
Production of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management reporting, reporting to Group and other reporting and compliance obligations including assisting with the annual audit process;
Closing of accounting / reporting periods and balance sheet reconciliations;
Preparation of VAT returns;
Providing support as required with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities;
Providing support as required with supplier payments and supplier settlement reconciliations;
Working as part of a team to support other finance tasks as needed, including with cash management, budgeting, reporting, tax filings, finance administration and other activities required to ensure timely and accurate reporting and smooth running of finance operations.

What you need to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
Hands-on and with ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Good attention to detail with ability to manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines;
You are proficient with Excel, Power point and have knowledge of ERP systems;
Travel flexible;
English & German Fluent.
