Purchasing Administrator – German Speaker (M/F/D) Lisbon - Hybrid Working
A Shared Services Center is looking for a Purchasing Administrator – German Speaker.
The company you're going to work at:
Shared Services Center
Your new role:
- Create purchase orders for goods and services;
- Manage requests and conduct quality checks related to the ordering process;
- Support the purchasing function within the business;
- Create order schedules;
- Request, track and validate order acknowledgements;
- Collect and assess data related to blocked invoices and provide analysis in case of escalations;
- Support the transfer of activities from international legal entities into the service organization.
What you need to be successful:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of experience;
- Willingness to travel;
- IT Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS office tools & SAP
- Language skills: fluent in English and German, further European languages desirable.
