Monitoring, analysis and implementation of legislative and regulatory novelties (revision of regulations, regimes approved by the Government concerning the energy sector);
Regulatory and legislative adaptation to customer contracts and the entire contracting process and customer management;
Review agreements, support in negotiating with partners and draft contractual arrangements with economic impact for the business;
Analysis and research of new legal regimes around energy efficiency;
Audit of legal compliance of client contracting and management processes;
Advice on legal matters to teams as Sales, New Energy, Energy Management, IT.
What you need to succeed
Degree in Law (Masters in Energy or Contractual Law is valued)
Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association;
At least 5 years’ experience in a Company or Law firm (at least 3 years post Bar internship);
Experience in a regulated sector;
English at intermediate level (B2).
