Hays is helping a Multinational Company looking for an IT Business Analyst with background in development!

Your new role

- Identify needs for new operational related systems and technological solutions, design them as required, review and test the quality of the solutions and implement them to ensure that systems improvements meet user requirements;

- Act as liaison between IT and assigned business units for distributing information from IT related

information to the departments;

- Collaborate with other business analysts and project team members across the department and

share knowledge and experience;

- Develop and deliver quality project documentation according to standards as well as training materials and documentation for new systems and business processes.

What do you need to succeed

- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst for large and complex software development projects, in a multinational environment;

- Good knowledge of building, developing and designing operational and financial systems as well as experience of data models;

- Fluent English;

- Good knowledge of MS Office.
