Your new role
As an IT Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the internal Information Systems landscape. You will oversee the evolution of corporate applications, ensure their reliability, and support the organisation’s digital transformation roadmap. Acting as a central link between business teams, IT, and external technology partners, you will guide the development of internal tools, lead acceptance testing activities, and ensure applications consistently meet operational needs.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate IT application projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Conduct and validate functional and user acceptance tests, guaranteeing solution quality.
  • Maintain, support, and enhance corporate applications to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Serve as the main liaison between business units, IT teams, and technology vendors.
  • Design and develop internal systems and tools supporting operational efficiency.
  • Identify automation and optimisation opportunities across processes.
  • Support integrations and monitor the performance of technological solutions.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in application management, business applications, or IT systems roles.
  • Strong experience in IT project coordination and functional testing.
  • Solid background in senior application support and internal tool development.
  • Skilled in liaising with business stakeholders and external technology partners.
  • Knowledge of SQL programming and analytical thinking.
  • A self‑driven, solution‑oriented professional with excellent organisational and communication skills.
