The Challenge:
For 7 months, you’ll lead two critical programs:
  • eMobility Program
    (6 PMs)
  • Connectivity/Data & AI Program
    (3 PMs)
Your mission?
Keep the course, accelerate innovation, and turn the CEO’s vision into reality.

What You’ll Deliver:
  1. Strategic Execution with the CEOAlign with the CEO’s priorities and ensure 90% of interim goals stay on track.
  2. 2026 Service AgreementsLead negotiations with partners and secure long-term commitments.
  3. Seamless Product DeliveryKeep roadmaps alive, remove blockers, and ensure flawless launches.
  4. Inspiring LeadershipSupport, challenge, and elevate the Product Management team with clarity and coaching.
  5. Smart Resource PlanningCollaborate with Engineering and People teams to ensure balanced, effective teams.
  6. Smooth Transition & Lasting ImpactLeave a positive legacy with actionable recommendations and a flawless handover.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in product leadership within complex tech environments.
  • Ability to align stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strategic vision with strong execution focus.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.
