What You'll Need to Succeed

• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers/switches, VMWare, Meraki, Palo Alto, laptops, and network printers
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Desktop OS, Azure, M365, ThreatLocker, and ServiceNow
• A problem-solving mindset, results-driven approach, and excellent communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Availability to work on-site in Porto, with occasional travel to other company locations
