Your new role
The HR People Operations will be part of the Company’s HR Shared Service Center and will support all employees across different geographies, while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

You will be responsible for:
  • Be the 1st point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related topics, by answering inquires they may have (by video calls, phone calls, messages and/or ticketing systems);
  • Support new joiners throughout their journey – from Offer Letter to their 1st day (and beyond);
  • Keep the Company’s HR systems running smoothly and ensure data accuracy and quality;
  • Support international teams with onboarding, mobility and day-to-day HR processes;
  • Create HR Offer Letters, reports and documents that truly make people’s lives easier;
  • Get involved in HR projects and help continuously improve the way the Company works.


What you will need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management or related area (would be a plus);
  • Hands-on experience in the area (would be a plus);
  • Experience working with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms (would be a plus);
  • Experience using Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams);
  • Ability to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds;
  • Detail-oriented mindset and a natural ability to bring structure where it is needed;
  • Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented attitude;
  • Strong communication skills – clear, confident and approachable;
  • Fluency in French and in English (written and spoken – mandatory) to support HR Operations for French Markets.
