Your new role:

Reporting to a Sourcing Manager you´ll be in charge of managing all recruitment sources of each type, according to the recruitment process challenges. To centralize communication between Recruiters´ Team and Suppliers. Always looking for a suitable vendor according recruitment needs. It is important to be aware of the priorities and communicate them in real time, in order to manage a win-win agreement. Attend action plan and follow up meetings. We´re talking about a new position where is expected in the future to develop into a decision maker position in this field.

What you need to be successful:

Previous experience in a similar role or solid background as an International Recruiter;
Academic degree in a relevant field regarding the main role responsibilities (nice to have);
Power Point & Excel skills (nice to have);
English Fluent (mandatory);
Team cooperation and attention to detail.
