A global Shared Service Center with a strong international presence and a focus on delivering high‑quality HR support to multiple European countries is expanding its team in Lisbon and are recruiting an HR Partner (m/f/d) with fluency in German & English to strengthen its HR operations hub.
Your new roleIn this position, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR‑related topics, ensuring consistent, high‑quality employee experience across several countries. You will support new joiners throughout their journey — from offer letter, to onboarding, to post‑start follow‑up — ensuring a smooth and positive integration. Also, you will be responsible for maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy, while also supporting day‑to‑day HR processes, mobility, and documentation management, prepare HR letters, reports, and various documents, and will contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and HR projects within the Shared Service Center.
What you'll need to succeed- Degree in Human Resources, Management or a related area, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Fluency in German & English (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills: clear, confident and people‑focused.
- Detail‑oriented mindset and ability to bring structure and accuracy to processes.
- Comfort working with multicultural teams and international stakeholders.
- Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.
