HR Generalist
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with solid experience in payroll management and fluency in English. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of HR processes while ensuring smooth and accurate payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes in coordination with Finance and external providers;
  • Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures;
  • Handle HR administrative tasks (contracts, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, etc.);
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities;
  • Communicate effectively with internal and international stakeholders in English;
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Proven experience in payroll and generalist HR functions;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS tools;
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
