The company is a multinational from the retail sector, it has over 10 million clients and they have offices in Lisbon. They are a company with a large presence in Portugal.

Your new role

The company is looking for a person to assume the role of Head of Infrastructure & Network, and will report directly to the IT Director. This person will be in charge of planning, designing and implementing the network and systems infrastructure, he/she will also act as a Cybersecurity SPOC in the company. The ability to manage budget and collaborate with other regions of the group will also be a focus of the position. In this role you will also be part of the development of cloud services.

What you need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years experience in similar Positions
• Retail experience is a plus
• Experience managing complex hybrid infrastructures
• Experience in managing third parties
• Knowledge in server administration/configuration/installation in Windows Server, Virtualization (Hyper-V or Vmware), Backup and Storage
• Know how in Security
• ITIL knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Strong leadership
• Good level of English
