Your New Role
As Head of Fund Data Flow Management, you will be responsible for leading a critical operational team, ensuring the accurate and efficient management of fund-related data flows, while driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth.
You will combine team leadership with operational oversight, playing a key role in optimising processes and ensuring high service quality across international stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the day-to-day management of the Data Flow Team, including workload supervision, prioritization and team development
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, analysis and distribution of correspondence from Fund Administrators and Transfer Agents
  • Coordinating the efficient electronic dissemination of information to relevant operational teams
  • Overseeing accurate data extraction from documentation to support downstream processing and automation initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with internal operational departments to prioritize critical activities
  • Driving process optimization by reviewing communication channels, data flows and system functionalities
  • Leading and contributing to projects impacting processes, systems and team scope
  • Ensuring strong operational controls, risk awareness and service quality standards
  • Acting as a key point of contact between local teams and international stakeholders
  • Promoting a collaborative, proactive and client-oriented culture within the team

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking operations or fund administration, with at least 2 years in a management role within an international environment
  • Strong understanding of fund administration, custody operations or transfer agency workflows
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of organization, accountability and decision-making ability
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and autonomous mindset
  • Experience with operational data flows, document management systems or process optimization (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of data management, machine learning or AI-based processing (plus)
  • Fluent English (French is a plus)
