Your new Role- Build a healthy, motivated engineering organization through coaching, performance management, and proactive conflict resolution;
- Own engineering planning end‑to‑end, ensuring predictable execution and alignment with company objectives;
- Provide strategic context for architecture decisions, run design reviews, and ensure cross‑cutting concerns are addressed;
- Represent engineering at the leadership level, reporting on progress, capacity, and risks with clarity;
- Shape the structure of the department as it scales and build a high‑quality hiring engine.
What you will need to succeed- Proven leadership of engineering organizations between 10–50 people;
- Hands on experience enforcing focus under pressure and navigating competing stakeholders;
- Skilled at handling friction, strong personalities, and motivation during change;
- Experience managing seven figure budgets, vendor negotiations, and build vs buy decisions;
- Fluency in English.
