Your new role
As SSC Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Shared Services Centre, ensuring operational excellence, service quality and continuous improvement across multiple business functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the overall SSC strategy and operations
- Managing large, multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Driving process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs
- Managing budgets, operational performance and resource planning
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
- Leading transformation and change management projects
- Promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration and accountability
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, governance and regulatory requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a Shared Services Centre, GBS or Finance Operations environment
- Strong people leadership experience, managing large international teams
- Track record of driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- Experience working in complex, multinational environments
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Continuous Improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) are highly valued
