An innovation-driven medical technology growth company dedicated to developing clinically differentiated solutions, powered by a culture of continuous improvement, global talent and innovation, is looping for an Export Sales OPS Senior (m/f/d).
Your new role
You’ll play a key role in supporting commercial success for international order management and logistics operations. You’ll coordinate shipments, resolve customer and sales inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. As a Senior, you will also provide technical guidance and operational support to your local Export Sales Ops team.
Manage and respond to order-related inquiries from customers and sales teams
Coordinate with Distribution Centers and freight forwarders for timely shipments
Resolve complex order and delivery issues in collaboration with internal teams
Monitor shipments, backlogs, and update stakeholders on delivery status
Support inventory allocation and backorder prioritization with cross-functional teams
Generate reports to provide insights on open orders and revenue
Process custom, warranty, return, and correction orders as needed
Maintain shipment logs and escalate carrier issues when necessary
Represent the company professionally and support continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee daily operations, onboarding, and system housekeeping while ensuring consistent service delivery
Manage team absences, support holiday planning, and secure business continuity through effective backup planning/activation and proactive team communication
Monitor team KPIs, performance SLA’s, and identify training needs
A strong team player, capable of influencing and engaging effectively at all organizational levels
Highly adaptable and flexible, capable of adjusting to changing priorities
What you need to be successful
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives
Must be legally eligible to work in EU and able to travel internationally
English native or fluency (C2 min), Mandarin, Japanese / Korean highly advantageous
Knowledge of cultural practices across Asian countries is an advantage
Must be available for flexible hourly shifts across POR/HK time zones (7-16/15-00)
