Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

Your new role

  • You will lead the software development team, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and workload assignment according to delivery requirements. Inspire the team, increasing commitment and aligning expectations is part of the challenge too.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
  • Create positive and productive working relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate what the software development team is working on to other departments to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage the team’roadmap and backlog, in articulation with the Management Team.
  • Perform delivery planning and prioritization in conjunction with business stakeholders, managing cross-team dependencies and backlogs, including development, change, support/defects and improvements, quickly and with quality.
  • Analyse project/backlog requirements, including in terms of architecture, to ensure that requirements are feasible and that a reasonable timeline of actionable events is laid out before any development begins.

What you will need to succeed

  • Experience in project management
  • Experience managing and leading IT teams on a technical delivery role.
  • At least 2 years programming experience
  • Cloud services, architecture, devops and database knowledge
  • JIRA extensive experience
