Your new role:

As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Customer Support Team Leader in this Shared Service Centre. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of top-tier professionals dedicated to our primary markets, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, and strengthening service delivery. Your daily duties will involve overseeing and guiding a customer-facing team, facilitating their interactions with both customers and internal stakeholders, all while playing a pivotal role in driving the success of our business.

Key Tasks:
Supervise a team of skilled professionals that align with our values and behaviours;
Secure and enhance the knowledge database;
Facilitate training and onboarding for new hires;
Take accountability for the domain’s KPI’s;
Identify talent and develop team members;
Propose process improvement;
Understands and leads End to End Order to Cash processes through cross-functional relationships (Master data, warehouse, transportation, finance);
Proposes extensions to service catalog;
Defines the priorities and targets for the Order Management team and Customer data team;
Secure execution of services in time and with high quality standard;
Balance the workload of the team according to volumes and priorities;
Manages the proactive resolution of urgent topics enabled by 360° visibility of the customers and company’s involved parties;
Point of escalation for customer facing responsible team;
Work closely with cross-functional teams;
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters;
Support continuous improvement initiatives in finance processes.

What you need to be successful:

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in similar position;
Demonstrated leadership skills;
Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional European languages are advantageous;
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle is a +);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset;
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
