Your new role
The person responsible for this role is in charge of:
- Align internally to ensure accuracy of and timely registration of cancellation requests;
- Work autonomously to validate and process cancellation requests and fulfilment activities;
- Attend daily meetings on progress and status of assigned cancellations;
- Support generation of churn insights.
What you´ll need to succeed
- Be fluent in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
- Attention to detail and feel passionate about customer service, proving that you can work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- A previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- It is required a lot of cross functional collaboration and partnership.
