You new role
Your major responsibilities will be:
- Processing of timesheet and expenses related to Consultants work within company Customers
- Process the monthly billing for the existing customers and businesses, including Credit Notes
- Send invoices and account updates to clients
- Creation of internal projects for cost and margin management
- Support to Professional Services organization on Administrate tasks
- Address and solve client questions and issues
- Accounting support on Professional Services books, on accruals
What do you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years experience working in a billing specialist role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software
