Your new role
Create, update and maintain customer master data and price lists in our ERP and CRM systems (Oracle and Salesforce)
Ensure pricing data integrity and accuracy to prevent errors in order processing
Manage and document price deviation approvals and special pricing exceptions
Respond to pricing-related queries and escalations from sales and support teams
Implement promotional pricing in designated regions and product categories
Ensure compliance with the company’s pricing policies and strategies
Support upgrades and system enhancements relating to pricing functionality
Manage uploads of customer-specific price list exceptions
Conduct ad-hoc pricing analysis and reporting as requested
Support continuous process improvement and contribute to quality documentation (QM)
What you need to be successful
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, pricing, or data management roles
Must be legally eligible to work in EU and able to travel internationally
Fluent in German (C2 or native) and English (minimum B2) – written and verbal
Proven experience with process improvement and problem resolution
Experience working with ERP systems (Kumavision, Oracle) preferable/advantageous
