Your New Function

  • Client portfolio management in a multinational environment;
  • Ensure payment deadlines are met;
  • Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
  • Obtaining missing accounting information from clients - telephone and email;
  • Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
  • Properly record all complaints received either by phone or email,
  • Follow-up on customer accounts;
  • Identify solutions to the problems presented;
  • Establish a network of internal (SSC and Subsidiary) and external contacts (Customers).

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Fluency on Excel (advanced excel);
  • Languages: Italian mandatory (Minimum: C1/C2), Portuguese and English nice to have;
  • Experience in cash-collection or in similar position, at least 3 years (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus);
  • Good knowledge in finance.
  • Have attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Have ability to work under pressure while thinking objectively;
  • Have leadership capacity and assertiveness;
  • Are rigorous, have strong analytical capabilities and ability to solve problems;
  • Have adaptability, autonomy, and proactiveness capacity;
  • Have strong commitment, motivation, and high enthusiasm;
  • Have customer orientation.
