Integrate an international restaurant brand with a legacy, at a 5 starts restaurant as Chef, in Algarve.

Your responsibilities
This professional will be responsible for preparing dishes, on a daily basis, and/or special events. You’ll need to know and apply at the kitchen all the laws, procedures and regulations, while securing the food temperatures and quality of each ingredient. You’ll be responsibility of supervising all the kitchen operations, in a way that all the norms, related to drinks and dishes, have the demanded and expected standards, while also decide the presentation of each dish. You’ll coordinate and lead the team of cooks and kitchen helpers while the preparations are made. When any complaints and/or problems with clients occur, you’ll be the one in charge of managing it. About goals and performance targets to achieve, you’ll report directly to the executive chief. In general, you’ll be responsible for assuring that the quality and all the standards meet the clients expectations.

What do you need to succeed
We’re looking for a professional that has at least 4 years of proven experience in Italian and management of multicultural, teams. It’s mandatory that you speak English fluently, and all other languages are appreciated.
