Your New Company
You will be joining a real estate investment and development platform focused on industrial and operational assets, with a clear strategy to expand into broader real estate opportunities across Portugal. The company is growing rapidly and now seeks a senior financial leader to support its continued expansion.

Your New Role
  • Lead the financial strategy, planning and budgeting across the platform
  • Oversee financial reporting, accounting and regulatory compliance in Portugal
  • Manage relationships with banks, lenders and investors
  • Structure and support financing for real estate projects (both debt and equity)
  • Monitor project performance, cash flow and returns
  • Support M&A, acquisitions and investment analysis
  • Implement financial controls and reporting systems to strengthen and scale the operation

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting and related fields;
  • Strong experience as a CFO or senior finance leader;
  • Background in real estate, infrastructure or other asset‑heavy businesses;
  • Solid experience with financing structures and banking relationships;
  • Good knowledge of the Portuguese financial and regulatory environment;
  • Hands‑on, strategic mindset with the ability to operate within a growing platform
