Business Unit Manager (m/f/d) – Polish Operations

Your New Role
As the Business Unit Manager for Poland, you will lead and expand the company’s operations in the Polish market. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will act as the legal representative in Poland and oversee the implementation of the annual operating plan across finance, logistics, HR, and treasury. Your focus will be on driving profitability, ensuring compliance, and aligning local operations with the company’s strategic goals.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Degree in relevant field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience in management roles, preferably in retail or international B2C environments (mandatory).
  • Fluency in Polish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Residence in northern Portugal and availability to travel regularly to Poland.
  • Strong analytical and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and decision-support tools.
