Your new role
- Set goals & monitor the performance of the AP team, undertake corrective/preventive actions as necessary to meet the expected KPI level;
- Ensure processes are executed by accountants in compliance with process documentation (LPDs/SOPs);
- Ensure processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, documented and up-to-date;
- Contribute to regular performance reporting by providing commentaries & inputs;
- Daily management of AP accounting team - hiring, goals setting, performance assessment, development & retention;
- Drives proactive identification of improvements to performed activities/processes;
- Resolve incidents & escalations via direct communication with SSC stakeholders & management;
- Actively participate in global, transition & improvement projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in managing teams in BPO/SSC environment;
- Financial domain knowledge (specifically in P2P);
- Fluency in French anda knowledge in English (written and spoken);
- Experience with service transition projects to SSC/BPO environment (plus).
