Your New Role
In this position, you will take ownership of the bank’s financial and regulatory reporting processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of all required outputs. You will work closely with Accounting, Finance, Data Science, and Technology teams to maintain reporting structures, integrate new data sources, and support supervisory obligations.
This is a hands‑on technical and functional role, where you will develop and maintain ETL pipelines (SSIS), prepare accounting‑driven reports, manage data extractions from core systems, and make occasional adjustments to XML‑based reports using C# or Java. You will be the key reference point for reporting reliability and process optimization within the department.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you should bring solid experience in financial and regulatory reporting within the banking sector, strong knowledge of accounting concepts, and hands‑on experience with ETL processes. You must be comfortable working with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), familiar with data models such as CDM, and able to make basic adjustments in C# or Java when required.
You should also have practical experience preparing accounting and regulatory statements for supervisory authorities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interact directly with Accounting, Finance, and Data Science teams. Experience with Power BI or Tableau will be valued.
