About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented UAT Administrator to support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of an SAP migration project. The role involves managing and maintaining a testing *framework* in Excel, collaborating with end users, and ensuring proper *tracking* of testing progress.

Responsibilities
  • Work with end users to create detailed test _scripts_ for End-to-End scenarios (in Excel).
  • Administer and maintain the UAT *framework* in Excel, including adding new scripts.
  • Support users during the UAT period to ensure scripts are correctly updated.
  • Validate that the Excel *framework* accurately reflects the testing status.
  • Act as the point of contact for UAT administration and reporting.

Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Availability to work 4 days per week on-site in Setúbal.

Preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • German and/or Hungarian language skills.
