Your New Function
Client portfolio management in a multinational environment;
Ensure payment deadlines are met;
Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
Obtaining missing accounting information from clients - telephone and email;
Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
Properly record all complaints received either by phone or email;
Follow-up on customer accounts;
Identify solutions to the problems presented;
Establish a network of internal (SSC and Subsidiary) and external contacts (Customers).
What You Need To Be Successful
Fluency on Excel (advanced excel) and SAP;
Language: German mandatory (Minimum: B2/C1), English B2;
Experience in cash-collection or in similar position, at least 3 years (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus);
Good knowledge in finance;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Customer orientation.
