Your new role
As a Senior Internal Auditor (m/f/d), you will play a strategic role in the execution and supervision of internal audits, ensuring the effectiveness of control processes and risk management. You will report directly to the Iberian Leadership as well as to the local management team, with exposure to decision‑making committees and special projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and implementing the annual audit plan based on risk assessment.
• Conducting mandatory and ad-hoc audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Evaluating and improving the Internal Control System, issuing recommendations and monitoring action plans.
• Coordinating external audits and collaborating with financial auditors.
• Participating in local committees and providing periodic reports to the Group’s Internal Audit function.

What you need to succeed

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or Management.
• CIA certification (or willingness to obtain it).
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in internal audit, preferably within banking, renting/leasing or automotive financial services.
• Solid knowledge of local banking regulations.
• Advanced English (French is a plus).
• Strong command of MS Office; SAP and data‑analysis tools are highly valued.
• Analytical profile, problem‑solving ability, excellent communication skills and adaptability.
