Your New Role
As Director of Data Intelligence & Revenue Management, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability across the group. Your focus will be on optimizing distribution channels, developing dynamic pricing policies, and leading a data-driven team. You will play a key role in strategic decision-making regarding digital investments and in continuously monitoring market trends and competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector.
• Deep knowledge of hotel distribution channels (OTAs, direct websites, international brand partnerships).
• Knowledge of analytical tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) and revenue management systems (Duetto or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and data modeling.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages are a plus.
• Availability for national and international travel.
