Your New Role

As Recruitment & Hiring Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and effective hiring for operational needs. You will work closely with local management and act as a key point of contact for staffing requirements. This role requires autonomy and strong expertise in recruitment processes.

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring for positions.

- Develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines.

- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company standards.

- Collaborate with operational teams to understand staffing needs.

- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
