Manage order processing and customer support for the DACH region as a Medical Device Consultant
Serve as a key liaison between the Customer Care Team, Sales, Key Account Management, and Process Specialists to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Oversee the complete order lifecycle—from entry through to final delivery to the customer
Coordinate transportation logistics, monitor delivery schedules, and manage backorders
Track shipments and handle damage or loss claims in collaboration with logistics partners
Set up and maintain consignment stock locations, including inventory control, discrepancy resolution, and regular audits
Manage stocking, supervision, and inventory of external consignment warehouses
Maintain accurate customer data and communication records in the CRM system (SFCD)
Support continuous process improvement initiatives, contribute to the development and updating of quality manuals (QM), and participate in cross-functional projects
Potential for direct telephonic interaction with customers (B2B/B2H)
