A sua nova função

The Master Scheduler is responsible for aligning customer demands with production activities to ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.

Serve as the liaison between customer requirements and production planning
Develop monthly Sales & Operations Planning to optimize resources including personnel, machines, materials, and supplier readiness
Lead the Master Production Scheduling to stabilize production flows while accommodating customer demand fluctuations
Monitor inventory pools and safety stock levels
Ensure procurement processes and sequencing align with production planning
Maintain proactive communication with customers
Manage alert systems for potential supply chain disruptions

O que necessita para ser bem sucedido

Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in production within an industrial setting
Proficient in English
Skilled in SAP and Excel
Knowledgeable in Production Scheduling, Pull Systems, and delivery principles
