With a strong focus on in-house development, integration, and information security, the Porto-based hub plays a key role in supporting the company’s digital transformador and global HR systems. As part of a growing international team, you’ll contribute to shaping the future of intelligent logistics.
Your new roleAs part of an international team, you will contribute to the rollout of a global HR suite and support its ongoing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Integrating local country-specific HR systems and third-level applications using SAP Integration Suite;
- Developing SAPUI5 applications within SAP BTP to enhance SuccessFactors functionality;
- Supporting reporting activities through SAP Analytics Cloud;
- Assisting in the rollout of additional SuccessFactors modules.
What you need to succeed- A university degree;
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Central (EC);
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (mandatory);
- Openness to multicultural environments and a collaborative mindset;
- Technical orientation and ability to work in a hybrid setup.
