• Maintain active communication with agents and investors to clarify questions and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize integration processes.
• Prepare, verify, and manage the necessary documentation for client onboarding and compliance.
• Provide continuous client support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Implement improvements in onboarding processes and client communication.
• Monitor compliance and applicable regulations related to investor onboarding.
• Provide administrative and operational support to customer service and compliance teams.
• Manage relationships with clients and suppliers.

• Higher education in Management, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, investor support, or related areas.
• High proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes (valued).
• Advanced knowledge of tools such as Excel and CRMs.
