Your new main responsibilitiesReporting to the Global Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:- Strategic Planning: Design and implement end-to-end communication plans aligned with company priorities.
- Employee Engagement: Manage a creative communication calendar to engage employees across regions and levels.
- Leadership Collaboration: Partner with leadership to deliver impactful events like Town Halls using modern tools and platforms.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling written, visual, and multimedia content (e.g., announcements, presentations, infographics).
- Data-Driven Decisions: Collect employee feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- Localised Communication: Tailor strategies for specific sites while maintaining consistency across locations.
- Service Messaging: Develop targeted communication for different service areas to ensure clarity and visibility.
- Storytelling Support: Helps leadership craft strong narratives for key stakeholders and leadership forums.
- Customer Engagement: Support service launches and campaigns to boost employee and customer engagement.
- Change Communication: Lead communication efforts during organisational change to ensure smooth transitions.
- Event Management: Plan and execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
O What do you need to succeed Proven experience in Communications, Organisational Development, or a related field, ideally within fast-paced, evolving environments.
Strong background in managing global communication projects, with a focus on employee engagement and experience.
Demonstrated ability to use analytics and data to inform storytelling, drive decision-making, and influence leadership.
Highly curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with exceptional project management and organisational skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft and deliver clear and engaging verbal and written communications.
Proficient in the latest digital communication platforms and tools, with a solid understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
Adept at simplifying complex concepts to ensure alignment and understanding across diverse audiences.
Strong business acumen and the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Experience in a shared service within a global organisation.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry or similarly complex, global organisations.
