Your new job

• Take charge of systems administration by designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining systems and procedures. Maintain and expand technical knowledge to ensure successful deployment of new systems and upkeep of existing ones. Proactively investigate new technologies and integrate findings into operational procedures;
• Lead technical projects for Learning and Performance, managing the full project lifecycle including requirements, design, development, conversion, testing, and deployment. Coordinate with the global team and influence related global projects and processes, requiring significant technical knowledge and experience;
• Build vendor relationships driving conversions and liaison with applicable vendors to identify and resolve technical issues in the system;
• Align system processes with business needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success. Provide consultative services to learning teams on the feasibility of system support for proposed training programs and technical capabilities;
• Maintain a service delivery model that provides effective self-service, help desk, and escalation within resource limitations. Responsible for creating and maintaining policies and procedures for the system with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency. Serve as an escalation resource for troubleshooting and customer service support for uses;
• Possess technical expertise to effectively troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in the system. This position will also work closely with division administrators and manage the security roles and domain assignment for those administrators.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree, in lieu of the degree 3 years of experience plus functional experience;
• Expert level experience with enterprise software – Learning Management System preferred;
• Experience in project management, system implementation, program administration – HR expertise preferred;
• Coding experience – HTML, CSS, API, JAVA;
• Complex query building;
• Complex analysis capability;
• Customer Service Experience;
• Process design -leveraging technology;
• Vendor relationship experience;
• Advanced Microsoft office skills – expert excel use;
• Communication
