Your new RoleAs a Solution Owner TMS you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of technology solutions for Transportation Management Systems. This includes Vehicle Route Planning, Strategic, and Tactical Transportation Management. You will ensure these solutions align with Havi's strategic goals and drive operational excellence.
You will collaborate with the Executive, Senior Leaders and practitioners at Havi to develop and execute a solution strategy and a roadmap. Your leadership will be crucial ensuring seamless integration and high performance across all levels.
You will be responsible for:
Solution Leadership:- Strategy & Lifecycle Management » Develop and execute strategies for Transportation Management processes, overseeing the full solution/product lifecycle and innovation in WMS;
- Adoption, Analytics & Governance » Ensure effective solution adoption across clusters/markets, support BI delivery, and manage portfolio governance to meet key deliverables;
- Performance, Compliance & Improvement » Establish solution metrics for tracking and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with security policies in collaboration with Information Security.
Financial Management:- Financial Oversight » Manage solution/product financials and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), ensuring alignment with business case outcomes through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control;
- Cost & Compliance Optimization » Optimize cloud and infrastructure usage and software licensing with effective tracking, visibility, and compliance management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:- Stakeholder & Governance Leadership » Manage executive and senior stakeholder expectations, and lead or participate in governance boards to steer solution delivery;
- Roadmap Alignment » Collaborate with other Solution Owners to understand interdependencies and support a unified Operations roadmap across WMS, TMS, and Freight Management.
Team Coordination:- Talent Management » Identify and address skill and resource gaps while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you will need to be succeedAs a Solution Owner TMS you will need:
- +10 years of experience in IT Product & Service Development » +5 years of experience in strategy development and execution of technology Roadmap in Transportation Management Solutions;
- Experience with industry-standard Transportation Solutions, such as Paragon (mandatory), Kewill, Infor, Cargowise, Carlo, etc.;
- Experience working with Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc.;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build consensus across diverse teams;
- Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
