Your new Role
The Master Data will play a critical role in modeling and implementing the data governance framework to ensure the integrity and security of HAVI’s Data and Processes.

This person will work closely with the Data platform team to facilitate seamless integration with customer environments, focusing on content management. Additionally, you will collaborate with global functional experts and McDonald’s digital teams to support the practical application of the Data Governance Framework in daily operations.


You will be responsible for:
General:
  • Address all data domains comprehensively;
  • Collaborate with global business experts to align data management practices;
  • Promote data awareness within the organization.
Governance:
  • Implement continuous improvements for data and processes;
  • Maintain compliance and data applicability in business processes;
  • Support data quality rule enforcement.
Framework:
  • Maintain and update documentation for data assets;
  • Provide guidance and training on data governance and quality practices;
  • Serve as a contact for data-related queries, ensuring clarity on data definitions;
  • Apply business terms and data quality rules consistently.
Execution:
  • Ensure and monitor metadata accuracy across operational units and establish standards;
  • Oversee data lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with retention and archiving policies;
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives as a data expert;
  • Collaborate with McDonald’s digital teams to ensure governance standards are met.


What you will need to succeed:
As a Master Data, you will need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data or Business related field (is considered a plus);
  • +4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management with a focus on Data and Process Management;
  • Experience in developing and applying data governance frameworks;
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools, particularly Power BI Desktop;
  • Understanding of data architectures and common data standards, like GS1;
  • Capability to educate business communities on Data Management and Governance best practices;
  • Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high service orientation;
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within teams and work independently on tasks;
  • Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
