Your new role
As a Junior Construction Project Manager, you will support project management in the construction field. This entry-level role involves coordinating construction projects, managing on-site progress, and working alongside experienced professional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate between contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Ensure on-site work aligns with plans.
  • Identify and report project issues or delays.
  • Monitor project costs and assist in budget management.
  • Support procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintain communication with project stakeholders.
  • Prepare progress reports for managers and clients.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English and native Portuguese speaker.
  • Willingness to work on-site, flexible hours, and travel within Portugal.
